Focus Groups

The spacious, modern, accessible facilities at the Design and Usability Center are ideal for conducting, observing and recording various types of research involving groups of participants, such as focus groups.

The testing room is perfect for any kind of group activity involving up to ten participants. The room offers:

• A large triangular table allowing participants to sit along three sides, facing each other and the facilitator
• A projector and a screen allowing facilitators to show presentations, images, and products to solicit feedback from participants
• Four video cameras allowing the viewing and recording of participants from different angles during group exercises
• Tables for serving snacks and beverage

The control room provides state-of-the-art monitoring and recording equipment in both standard and high definitions. The team observation room is equipped with 25 networked workstations that allow for large-scale testing and focus groups. This room is networked to the testing room so your entire development and management teams can comfortably view live streams of test sessions.
