User Experience Certificate
If you want to pursue advanced study but can’t commit to a full graduate degree program, a certificate offers an ideal solution. Bentley University’s User Experience Certificate program is one of the oldest and most respected programs of its kind in the country. Building a solid foundation in human factors, usability engineering and project management, this certificate helps participants increase the usability and performance of their product designs while reducing development costs.
User Experience Boot Camp
Created for software and hardware designers, web architects, and information designers, this program is the only one of its kind in the United States. Some of the country's leading authorities on usability join in presenting this five-day program, offering an unparalleled opportunity to build your knowledge of user-centered design methods. Participants are immersed in the user-centered experience during a full week of interactive discussions, expert panels, and hands-on workshops at Bentley's state-of-the art Design and Usability Center.
Bentley also offers customized educational opportunities at your work site, at Bentley, or by video conferencing. Faculty may present standard or customized instruction to suit specific corporate and organizational needs. Workshops typically range in length from one day to one week. A group minimum of 10 is required for customized offerings. Sample topics include: Introduction to HCI and the User-Centered Design Lifecycle, Human Factors and User Experience Design, User Requirements and Task Analysis, Customized Usability Boot Camp, User Requirements Gathering, Intro to Rapid Prototyping and UI Design, Internationalization, Usability Inspections, and Usability Testing.
Larger groups outside of New England can become corporate partners and benefit from low or no cost registrations. To discuss your specific training needs, please contact Bill Gribbons at firstname.lastname@example.org or 781.891.2926.
